Who should attend?  Contractors, suppliers, refiners, estimators, engineers, public works representatives and anyone with an interest in asphalt or road construction.

How can I register?  For your convenience, there are three ways to register available; online, via fax, or via mail.
  • Online Registration: Register online using the "Register Now!" tool in the right sidebar of this webiste.  Payment options include paying via PayPal account, via credit card without logging in to PayPal, or mailing a check.
  • Fax Registration: Download and print a PDF version of the registration form here.  Fax your completed registration to 916-371-2352.  Payment options include credit card or check.
  • Mail Registration: Download and print the hardcopy registration form here.  Mail your completed registration to California Asphalt Pavement Association, PO Box 981300, West Sacramento, CA 95798. Payment options include credit card or check.
How much does it cost to attend?  Registration fees are $79 for CalAPA Members and Public Agency Representatives, and $99 for Non-Members.  Members and Public Agencies must register by October 30th to receive the discounted price.  After October 30th all registrations are $99. The registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.

Where is the Forum being held?  The Forum will be held at the Doubletree Hotel, 2001 Point West Way in Sacramento, CA. A limited number of rooms are available for a special rate of $109 for conference attendees. Call the Doubletree Hotel directly at (916) 929-8855 for details.

Representing the asphalt pavement industry in California.

The California Asphalt Pavement Association (CalAPA) represents companies involved with the California hot mixed asphalt (HMA) pavement system. Members include HMA producers, asphalt refiners, paving contractors, testing labs, consulting engineers and product suppliers. CalAPA members operate facilities in every part of the state, from Crescent City to El Centro. CalAPA works closely with Caltrans, local agencies, university researchers and regional and national industry associations. CalAPA members and activities reflect a broad, comprehensive base of knowledgeable resources available to assist its members, the industry and all others interested in asphalt pavements. CalAPA is dedicated to serving the HMA industry and improving California's asphalt pavement infrastructure.
